Services

We provide professional services related to website design, WordPress development, ecommerce development, website optimization, and ongoing website support.

All services are provided on a project or hourly basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Billing and payments

We bill services hourly and invoice through QuickBooks Online.

Invoices are issued after each month of completed work and are due according to the payment terms listed on the invoice.

New clients and or new projects require a deposit before work begins. Deposit amounts typically range from 25% to 50%, depending on the size and scope of the project.

Failure to submit required deposits or timely payments may result in paused work or delayed delivery.

Project scope and changes

Project scope, timelines, and deliverables are based on written communication, proposals, or agreements.

Requests outside the agreed scope may result in additional hourly charges and adjusted timelines.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, assets, approvals, and access needed to complete work.

Delays caused by missing materials or approvals may affect delivery schedules.

Third-party services

Websites may include third-party tools, plugins, themes, hosting providers, or integrations. Branded Pixel is not responsible for outages, updates, or changes made by third-party services.

Licenses for third-party software may require separate fees.

Website ownership

Final website files and content ownership transfer to the client once all invoices are paid in full, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Branded Pixel may showcase completed work in portfolios or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations and refunds

Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

Hourly work already completed will be invoiced if a project is paused or canceled.

Limitation of liability

Branded Pixel is not liable for lost revenue, data loss, security breaches, or indirect damages related to website use or performance.
